Here at Sweet July, we are prioritizing the health and safety of our team during this Covid-19 crisis. We do not anticipate this impacting your shopping experience or the timely delivery of your items, but we do appreciate your patience if your order is delayed in anyway as a result of our added safety protocol. If you suspect there is a delay in receiving your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and a team member will assist you.

We currently ship to US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. If you are in the Oakland area, returns may be made in store.

We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.

You do not need an account to shop, however, there are some advantages to creating one such as a faster checkout process and easy access to past and current order information.
