Cast-Iron Baked Brie

As seen in the pages of Sweet July Magazine. Photography by Caitlin Bensel.
A one-pan, crowd-pleasing starter that’s ready in 10 minutes!
With four ingredients that all go straight into the cast-iron, this couldn’t be easier. The fig jam adds just the right amount of sweetness to the creamy, earthy, and slightly funky warm Brie.
