Raspberry Spritz

Everyone loves a great spritz. And this alcohol-free one—a raspberry-forward sipper with a hint of rosemary and just the right amount of bubbles—is a delightfully crisp drink you’ll surely want more of. We’re obsessed with the honey syrup that truly takes this to the next level, adding just the right amount of sweetness.

Raspberry Spritz

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 6 oz sparkling water
  • 3 oz Honey Syrup (recipe below)
  • 3 oz lemon juice
  • 8 raspberries (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 sprig rosemary (plus more for garnish)

Honey Syrup

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

Honey Syrup

  • In a small jar or bowl, whisk together hot water and honey until combined. Allow to cool slightly, but use immediately.

Raspberry Spritz

  • Add 8 raspberries, rosemary leaves pulled off one sprig, and 3 ounces honey syrup into a large cocktail shaker. Muddle until mixed together. Fill with ice and add the lemon juice. Shake together until chilled and well-incorporated. Pour into two ice-filled glasses. Top with sparkling water and serve garnished with raspberries and rosemary sprigs.
