Strawberry Smoothie

Smoothies make a satisfying and nutritious breakfast. And using frozen fruit, like strawberries in this case, make a thicker and creamier drink.

By adding flaxseed meal and greek yogurt, this smoothie will fill you up and fuel your morning. You can swap out the strawberries with another fruit like banana or melon to switch it up.

Strawberry Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup bottled coconut water
  • 1/2 cup chopped mango
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp light agave nectar

Instructions

  • Process all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 1 minute, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Pour into 2 glasses.
