Sweet Mint Iced Coffee

Coffee week has inspired us to take our SJ House Blend to another level with a a mint-infused caffeinated iced beverage.

By muddling fresh mint leaves and adding condensed milk, we’ve put together a perfect sweet and creamy iced coffee that will always feel like a treat. This can easily be made dairy-free by using coconut condensed milk and a plant-based half and half.

Recipe:

Sweet Mint Iced Coffee

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup prepared Sweet July coffee
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensd milk
  • 1 tbsp half and half
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice

Instructions

  • In a large cocktail shaker, add condensed milk, vanilla, cream, and four mint leaves. Muddle together and add in ice and coffee. Cover and shake together until cold. Pour into a glass of ice and serve with more mint to garnish if desired.
