This bright and refreshing recipe will help you get your day off to a good start. Packed with ingredients like almond butter and chia seeds, these overnight oats are packed with nutrients and good-for-you ingredients that will fuel you up and help you feel fuller longer. Prep a batch on Sunday evening and have delicious breakfasts (or snacks) all week long. We recommend reserving some sliced strawberries and toasted almonds to sprinkle on top for added texture and crunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

    2 cups uncooked old-fashioned regular rolled oats

    2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

    1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

    1/2 cup creamy almond butter

    1/4 cup pure maple syrup

    1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

    1 tbsp light brown sugar

    1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

step 1

Combine all ingredients together in one large bowl. Mix until well combined.

Spoon mixture evenly into 4 (2-cup/16-ounce) lidded jars or containers.

step 3

Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Serve topped with more strawberries and almonds. Store in refrigerator up to 4 days.
