Prep a batch on Sunday evening and have delicious breakfasts (or snacks) all week long. We recommend reserving some sliced strawberries and toasted almonds to sprinkle on top for added texture and crunch.
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 cups uncooked old-fashioned regular rolled oats
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 cup creamy almond butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
