Standard Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible unopened and unused Sweet July products may be returned in new or “like new” condition (in their original packaging) for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.
Sweet July reserves the right to deny refund if return requirements are not met.
To initiate a return, please email info@sweetjuly.com and provide the following information order #, items to return, and reason for return. A member of Customer Service Team Member will respond within 48 hours with next steps. Once your returned items are received at our distribution center, a refund will be issued for the product(s), excluding original shipping costs. Sweet July does not provide replacement packaging for returned items.
Damaged/Defective Items:
Quality is high on our list of expectations. If our product arrives to you damaged or in unusable condition we are happy to replace or refund. Please email us at info@sweetjuly.com and include your order number, the affected product, and a brief description of the issue.
Adverse Reaction:
Everyone's skin is unique. If you experience an adverse reaction to your Sweet July Skin product, please discontinue use immediately and contact us at info@sweetjulycom within 14 days of delivery.
