Add one sachet of Sweet Dreams tea to your favorite mug, and fill it half way up with hot water. Set aside and allow to steep.

In a small saucepan over low heat, add coconut milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and honey. Whisk to incorporate all the ingredients and bring to a simmer.
step 3
Remove the tea sachet from the mug. Carefully add the coconut milk mixture to the mug of hot tea. If you have an electronic milk frother, use it for 10-15 seconds to incorporate the ingredients. If you don’t, a spoon or small whisk will also work. Garnish with an extra dash of cinnamon.
