Banana Bread Toast
Banana bread is delicious, there is no denying that. It’s beloved by all. But what if there was a way to enjoy everything you love about banana bread without having to turn on your oven?
Spoiler alert, we figured it out. Introducing Banana Bread Toast, an absolute flavor bomb made in mere minutes. The brioche here is important, as it brings the egg and buttery notes we know and love in a classic banana bread recipe, but this also works as a delicious banana toast with whatever bread you have lying around. And just like any good banana bread recipe, customize this to make it “you” like adding dark chocolate shavings, dried fruit, or replace the honey with a drizzle of caramel sauce. Feel free to (pardon the pun) go bananas.

RECIPE:
Banana Bread Toast
