Vegan Irish Cream Espresso Martini
This is not your average espresso martini. We're making it extra boozy but dairy-free.
An espresso martini is a perfect party sip, and Ayesha's version packs in even more flavor by infusing the delicious taste of Irish cream.

Ingredients

Combine vodka, 1 ounce espresso and 1/4 cup Vegan Irish Cream in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass or small martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans and grated nutmeg.
For the Vegan Irish Cream
Shake the coconut milk well to ensure an even consistency. Whisk the coconut milk, Cream of coconut, coconut sugar, Irish whiskey, espresso and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved. Chill until ready to use.
