Combine 1 pint dairy-free vanilla ice cream, ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk, 2 ounces peppermint schnapps and 1 ounce vanilla-flavored vodka in a blender. Process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Divide into 2 glasses. Garnish with crushed peppermint candy, and serve.
