In a small bowl, mix spices.

Season both sides of your favorite cut of steak. Let sit in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. Allow to come to room temperature before cooking.

Using an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan, sear on both sides for approximately 4-6 minutes on each side or until cooked to the desired temperature. Let rest 10-12 minutes before slicing.
