Crisp gin and fresh lemon are balanced with subtle sweetness, while minty chlorophyll adds a refreshing finish. Light, aromatic, and visually stunning, it’s the kind of cocktail that feels right at home at an elegant gathering.

Ingredients

- ¼ cup (2 ounces) gin
- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon light agave nectar
- ¼ teaspoon mintflavored liquid chlorophyll (50mg concentration)
- Lemon wheel, garnish
- Mint sprig, garnish

Instructions

Step 1

Place gin, fresh lemon juice, light agave nectar, and mint flavored liquid chlorophyll (50mg concentration), in a cocktail shaker; add crushed ice to fill shaker. Secure lid on shaker; shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds.

Step 2

Stir in additional chlorophyll to taste, if desired.

Step 3

Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprigs.
