Ingredients
Instructions
STEP 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add parsnips and potatoes and cook until fork-tender.
STEP 2
Drain well and transfer to a large bowl. Add butter and mash until smooth.
STEP 3
Stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
Step 4
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve warm.
