White Negroni

A tiny twist on a classic.

Serves: 2

Bold, bitter and never out of style.

Give a traditional Negroni a fun twist by making it white instead of red. One sip and you'll feel like you're in Italy.

Ingredients

    • 6 tablespoons (3 ounces) gin (e.g., Hendrick’s)
    • 6 tablespoons (3 ounces) gentian liqueur (e.g., Salers Gentiane Apéritif)
    • 6 tablespoons (3 ounces) sweet white vermouth (e.g., Bordiga Vermouth Bianco)
    • Ice
    • Orange peel strip (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1

In an ice-filled pitcher, combine gin, gentian liqueur, and sweet white vermouth.

Step 2

Stir until well chilled, about 30 seconds.

Step 3

Strain evenly into 2 ice-filled glasses using a fine mesh strainer.

Step 4

Rub an orange peel strip around the rim of each glass and gently drop it into the drink to garnish.
