As simple as a summer treat gets.
One ingredient dessert for the win.
Ingredients
STEP 1
Pour the guava juice into a shallow, freezer-safe container. Place in the freezer overnight, or until fully solid.
STEP 2
When ready to serve, use a fork to scrape across the surface of the frozen guava until the texture becomes light and fluffy.
STEP 3
Transfer the granita into serving bowls and serve immediately.
Step 4
Garnish with fresh guava slices and mint leaves. For a spiked version, add vodka or gin after serving.
