Vegan Irish Cream Espresso Martini

This is not your average espresso martini. We're making it extra boozy but dairy-free.

An espresso martini is a perfect party sip, and Ayesha's version packs in even more flavor by infusing the delicious taste of Irish cream.

She's concocted an absolutely decadent vegan Irish cream that can be enjoyed on its own or added to a classic espresso martini to make the hybrid cocktail of your dreams. It's creamy, it's nutty and has a slight hint of coconut that pairs beautifully with the coffee. It's a perfect sip for your next celebration.

Ingredients

- 1 ounce Vodka
- 1 ounce Espresso
- 1/4 cup Vegan Irish Cream
- Coffee beans (garnish)
- Grated nutmeg (garnish)

- VEGAN IRISH CREAM
- 1 (13.55 ounce) can Coconut milk
- 1 (15-ounce) can Sweetened Cream of Coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
- 3/4 cup Coconut sugar
- 8 ounces Irish whiskey
- 3 ounces Espresso
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Combine vodka, 1 ounce espresso and 1/4 cup Vegan Irish Cream in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass or small martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans and grated nutmeg. For the Vegan Irish Cream Shake the coconut milk well to ensure an even consistency. Whisk the coconut milk, Cream of coconut, coconut sugar, Irish whiskey, espresso and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved. Chill until ready to use.
