Grilled Corn with Honey-Lime Butter

Heat up a grill pan or an outdoor grill. While it’s heating, combine the room temperature butter, lime zest and honey in a small bowl. Mix with a fork to combine. Mold the butter into a log using parchment or plastic wrap, cover and refrigerate until you’re ready to eat.

Lightly spray each ear of corn with a canola oil cooking spray or lightly brush with oil using a pastry brush.
step 3
Grill each ear of corn, rotating slightly every 2 minutes until cooked all the way around (for a total of 8-10 minutes).
step 4
To serve, top each ear of corn with a slice of the Honey-Lime Butter mixture, flaky sea salt and chopped cilantro.
